"Have sent quite a few files to Ally Escrow as I was initially intrigued by the free 1-year home warranty that they offered for sending escrow through them. I was also attracted as I had the freedom to choose my long-standing relationship with my title team. I thought it was great to have the freedom to continue to use who I wanted for title, and try out a new closer. Within the first week of going through my mutual process with Ally Escrow, I could immediately see that they had an excellent set up, and definitely were all about the client experience. The closer, Stefanie did such a great job laying out the major steps of the transaction and was so communicative! Since then, I have sent at least 10 files through them, and I am thoroughly pleased by their service. The one-year warranty is simply icing on the cake...they are an excellent company that I highly recommend!"
